Energy Tip #1 Headache Relief

 

I have a few clients that are on the fast track when it comes to energy work.  When I first got theDreamWeaver I was on the fast track as well.  I kept going to Inner Guidance and requesting more; more understanding, more growth, more connection to my Inner Self.  I just wanted to be the best I could be.  With all this attention on growth, I experienced a few growing pains.  One of these was energy headaches.  Just too much energy in my head from all that meditation, reaching and expanding of my consciousness.  I have always believed that our mind can make instantaneous leaps into new ways of being.  What I came to realize is that traveling on these new frequencies of light and sound can be challenging for the body.  My experience is that the body lags behind slightly being of the most dense nature.  Along the way, this exercise was shared with me to relieve the pressure that can build up in the head. 

Here’s a great fix for an energy headache.

Sense the energy in your head, give it a texture and a color.

Take a few slow, deep breaths and then on the next breath count to 2 or 3 before exhaling in a burst with pursed lips.  I imagine the energy coming out of my 3rd eye, like a dolphin or whale’s blow hole. Then just settle down and know that the energy is being brought into balance. 

It’s also helpful to massage the base of the skull.  This area is being opened more and more as we work with our Higher Self.  I call it the Angel Bridge and think of it as a magenta gateway.  This is one of the ways that the higher octaves of consciousness communicate with us.  The more open it is the easier our access to Source and that great feeling of being “plugged in”.

If the accelerated program gets too much for you, you can always ask for it to slow down a bit.  Remember, we need not be in a hurry.  We can’t be what we are becoming until we are completely who we are now.

I AM Healed.  I AM in perfect balance and harmony with my Divine Template.  My highest essence resides in every cell of my form.  Divine Love and Light shine from within my mind.  I AM bathed in Love.  I AM Healed and Whole in the Light of the truth of my being.  I AM Healed on every level.  I AM Healed!

This is a very powerful statement.  As I began repeating this to myself a couple of years ago, things from my past that were not healed within me came to me in the most loving ways.  What a gift we can give to ourselves by remembering we are what we CHOOSE to be.

Cancer: the calling card of resentment

                                                               

I am confronted with cancer again in my close circle of family/friends.  Those of you who know me, know that I do the work I do because of my repeated loss of loved ones at an impressionable age. 

And life goes on. 

Now, I have another friend who is going off to battle against the dread cancer.   What is this thing that takes over the body? 

If you are reading this, then you have found your way to my website and this blog and probably now know that you are creating it all.  The stage is set and we have remembered that we create our own lives and experiences with our very own thoughts.  Where thoughts go energy flows.  The movie “The Secret” has been a great boon to this way of thinking.

So how very powerful are our thoughts?  Powerful enough to create cancer?  If you’ve read any of Louis Hay’s books you know that she correlates cancer with resentment and deep seated hurts or secrets.  I’ve also heard that we create cancer when we don’t think we are enough, so we create more.  Very powerful thoughts indeed. 

Even to speak of such an illness as a product of our thoughts is hard for some to hear.  So, my only purpose in sharing this is to remind you that you are so much more powerful than you can ever know while still in form.  

We can reclaim our birthright of health and happiness just by loving ourselves and reminding ourselves that all that we see outside of ourselves is helping us to see deep into ourselves.  This earth plane reality is the perfect mirror of our consciousness.  There is nothing else.  Nothing else is doing it to us.  We are simply being given opportunities to see ourselves. 

If I stay clear, I have no attachments.  If I have no attachements, it is easy to stay clear. 

Please remember to forgive everybody and everything, including yourself.  In doing this you save yourself the problem of creating something that could take your life.  In its place you have chosen loving self supporting thoughts and actions.  You have released the need to be right, you have released judgement including self-judgement.  You have released old hurts. You have allowed yourself to stay in alignment with the Divine Pattern of health and well-being.  You have provided yourself the opportunity to be fully in the NOW.

May all the light that the mind can imagine be shone on all that does not support vibrant life.   In this way all is revealed and the truth is remembered.  All there is is Love and Fear.  Again, I choose LOVE.
