What we think……… we become…

I open my mind to the mind of the Creator.

I am at once pleased and in awe of the bounty that spreads before me.The message is one of simplicity yet when we think of the mind we sense complexity. 

How can we be in a position of transmutation and not take active part in the design?

If I choose to stay fixed in my ideas, sufficiently boxing myself into the limited, I have both confined myself and defined myself.  Is there a difference?  Which would I say was more important?

And on and on we go.

If my mind is indeed pliable, flexible and ever present then I have the ability to experience whatever my heart desires.  My mind becomes a valuable tool in creating from the CENTER of my being, by sending energy out into my physical reality via my thoughts.

I have found that I cannot see around corners but I can indeed feel around them.  

To limit my sense of reality to only one of my 5 senses would be absurd, yet we do it all the time in our ‘looking for what’s wrong’ mentality.  You may argue that this type of thinking gives opportunity to fix what it is that we see that we do not like.  It has been my experience that what we want to fix is what we have not accepted as part of ourselves, as of yet.

We do know that to bend and stretch is a great thing to do for the body.  It would follow that when our mind bends and flexes it too becomes more healthful, more vibrant.

Are you scattered? 

You may say ‘only sometimes’ as I have been listening to my inner voice quite deliberately and regularly now. 

Energy Tip  #2  is a simple tool for CENTERING.   It is easy to use and is perfect for when there is more energy going out than coming in. 

You may ask, ‘How do I know that more energy is going out than is coming in’ ?

The symptoms range from skin irritations to chronic conditions and even breast cancer, heart attacks and broken bones.  As an ego driven culture we express by striving and struggling.  The Center has been forgotten. 

To find your Center practice this 3 minute exercise:

For 1 minute:    study the centering image above.  Follow the outline of the 3D diamond shape, the Octahedron of Sacred Geometry, the as above, so below shape.

For 1 minute:     close your eyes,  imagine you are standing in front of a giant black board.  See the image appear on the board.  Study it again.

For 1 minute:    move your consciousness into the picture, see yourself walking into the center of the Octahedron.   Check your feelings.

You’re done!  By taking a 3 minute time out to center ourselves, we give ourselves the opportunity to sense what Centered means.  You will find your day goes surprisingly better the more you deliberately stand in the Center of your own being.

More, More, More…………I am confronted with this “more of everything”, thing.  It may just be that it is the Christmas season, the season of giving and receiving more.  Anyway, this is what came through.

Seems we’ve all been consciously focusing on what we DO want as opposed to what we do not want.  But,  what is it that you really want?  Is there ever a time when you would be CONTENT with what you have?  How close is this sense of contentment to enlightenment?  Is your life ever-filled with creating more? I will concede, that our culture is insistant on ingraining us with the idea that we need more, More everything!  And I do realize that all we can do as creators is to create more.

Luckily, I have also realized that more stuff is not the answer.  Of course, there are those on “survival mode” that do need more but for the average American, we actually have within our reach more than enough.  The question becomes, ‘Enough of what?’.   What is it that truly sustains us anyway?

If all our realtionships are really about our relationship to ourselves, then what we believe we need More of, is always within ourselves.  We are the only ones who can offer ourselves the feeling of being completely full, the feeling of having all that we need, all that we could ever want.

Take a moment to study the ‘Go Within’ image above.   What could you give to yourself at this moment that you thought you did not have?

I AM perpetually restored.  I AM rejuvenated and in harmonious alignment with my Divine Source.  In this moment I AM replenished and made whole.  I AM completely refreshed and returned to my natural strength and vigor.  I effortlessly embody health and wholeness of my body, mind and spirit.  I AM grateful for the instant restoration of all key elements in my life.  I accept complete recovery and total wellness.  By the grace of God go I.  I AM Restored!
