It is a sacred geometric form that is one of the 5 platonic solids. Each of the platonic solids represents one of the natural elements. The dodecahedron represents the ethers, mana or prana. The life giving force of the Universe. I always say "it is like putting a plant into the sun". The dodeca actually feeds your energy bodies. The dodeca has 12 faces, each face is a pentagon. The 12 relates to the 12 meridians and the 5's of the pentagons relate to change. So, you have 12 times change. Pretty powerful indeed. Therefore the dodecahedron is a perfect environment to do transformative energy work within. We always work with an intention and your intention for change is amplified considerably by the 5th dimensional frequency within the dodeca. The 5th dimensional space is a space at a higher frequency that 3rd dimensional space. It is a space where anything is possible. When the dodeca is combined with beautiful music, that is pulsed through the body, the effect is truly amazing. It has been described as 'very expansive, completely relaxing, mind clearing, regenerative and restorative". What more could you ask for? Yet, there is more. Within this beautiful womb of sound is a deep, unmistakable connection to your own Inner Self, your personal guidance, your own 'command central', something you will never forget. I hope this helps.
